AL5 Fan Light
A specialized LED projector which can blow up and illuminate inflatable objects like the Astera Cone. The housing includes a powerful fan as well a strongly focused LED lights module and a wireless receiver. When connected to an external battery or over the 230V cable, Fan Light plus inflatable cone leave a great impression at events and shows and can be controlled with Astera’s remote control, the integrated control panel or a DMX512 controller.

The Fan Light is a unique solution which was invented and developed by Astera to create a large-scale and eye-catching inflatable light object. As a light source, the fanlight is intended to be used together with an inflatable fabric like the volcano-shaped cone which Astera sells separately. The inflatable items can be feature a customized print or structure and are translucent, so they can reflect the Fan Light’s LED projection.
When connected to a rechargeable battery unit, the projector can become a wireless fan light. That makes it extremely easy to set up at any show or LED lighting event and batteries will last for several hours, depending on the light intensity and strength of the fan. If this is not enough, Astera offers an adapter to connect multiple batteries together.
The cordless fan light it can be placed freely around an event site while still staying controllable over the wireless remote or connected to a DMX interface. Different fan modes can be set for indoor and outdoor operation, in some cases a moving and flexible cone can be better while in other cases the object has to be strong and solid.
The fan light can be easily integrated into a DMX system over a plug at the back of the fan. Wireless DMX transmission can be achieved by connecting the LED projector to Astera’s Wireless DMX Transceiver. No matter if wired or cordless, The LED Fan Light is easy to combine with any DMX environment.
As an additional feature, Astera has added a set of white LEDs to the usual RGB module. This white lighting source not only helps to produce more comfortable colors and a broader LED spectrum but also reduces power output when displaying white light or pastel colors. When illuminating inflatable lighting objects, true RGB colors combined with a sophisticated LED controller are unbeatable.
Since these LED projectors are so easy to set up, they are great for event and entertainment lighting. They can be rented out for day events or for temporary exhibitions. In addition, the solid construction of the fan light also makes it suitable for lasting set ups in front of buildings or lobbies.
